Practical

The essentials for arriving prepared, booking clearly and finding the right studio.

01

What should I wear?

Wear shorts with a sports top or T-shirt. Skin contact helps you grip the pole. Avoid body lotion on class days.

02

Do I need heels?

No. Heels are only used in Pole Heels or when a class description says so.

03

When can I book?

You can book until 30 minutes before class, subject to availability.

04

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel at least 24 hours before class to keep your credit. Later cancellations use the credit.

05

How does the waitlist work?

When a place opens, people on the waitlist are notified. The first person to confirm gets the place.

06

Can I switch days?

Yes. Your credits are not tied to one fixed class, so you can use another eligible session when needed.

07

Can I join during a series?

Starting Pole Intro near the beginning is best. Email us to check current availability. Experienced students can join when they meet the prerequisites.
