Studio policies

Timeliness

Arrive on time and stay for the complete class. Missing the warm-up increases the risk of injury.

Jewellery

Remove rings, bracelets, watches and other accessories before class to protect you, the poles and your belongings.

Food and drinks

Only a closed reusable water bottle is allowed in the pole rooms. Food and chewing gum are not allowed.

Waste

Pole Arena Zuid has a zero-waste policy. Take all waste home.

Attention

Listen to all instructions and spotting guidance. Keep side conversations for after the explanation.

Phones and filming

Phones may only be used for filming during class. Ask permission before including other students or teachers. Instructional moments may only be filmed with approval.

Hygiene and respect

Maintain good personal hygiene and show respect for teachers, fellow students and yourself.

Training spirit

Give your best effort, allow progress to take time and enjoy the process.
