Terms & conditions
Scope
These terms apply to purchases, registrations and participation in Pole Arena classes, workshops, team building activities, gift cards, pole rental and related services.
Purchase and validity
Services can be purchased through the website, booking application or by email. The price shown when an order is placed applies. Passes are personal, cannot be transferred and are not refundable.
Booking and cancellation
Classes can be booked until 30 minutes before they start. Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to retain the credit. A later cancellation uses the credit.
Participation and conduct
Students must follow the studio policies and teacher instructions. Pole Arena may refuse studio access in cases of harmful or unsafe conduct.
Liability and force majeure
Participation takes place at the student’s own risk within the limits of Belgian law. Pole Arena may suspend or cancel services due to force majeure or another justified reason.
Applicable law
Belgian law applies. Courts in Ghent have jurisdiction. Questions can be sent to info@polearena.be.
